Can I save a message or photo from a message?

DocbookMD does not allow you to save images received. If a patient's data is saved on your phone, as an image or a text message, then it's not HIPAA compliant. All photos within DocbookMD, stay in DocbookMD. All messages and their content are automatically saved for 10 years by DocbookMD, as per HIPAA compliance. If you need access to these files, we can provide them.
