How to use Notification Forwarding (Web)

Choose My Settings

Check the Enhanced Notifications box, and then enter an email address, pager email address, or phone number, or all.

Now that Enhanced Notifications are enabled, if a message is sent to you with a 5 minute priority and the message goes unread for 4 minutes, you will receive an enhanced notification to either your mobile number or email address (or both), letting you know that you have an unread message within DocbookMD. 

If the message is sent with a 30 minute priority and you do not read it within 25 minutes, you will receive an enhanced notification. The message will not forward to email or text message - You will only receive a notification that a message is waiting for you and that you need to enter DocbookMD to read it.
