How does the 14-day trial work?
- You will complete a few steps to setup your Team Account including contact and billing information, ID verification, and the option to sign a Business Associate Agreement to start your free 14-day trial. After 14 days, you can continue using DocbookMD. The credit card provided in the billing step will be charged, and you will seamlessly transition to a paid DocbookMD account.

What is included in my trial?
- Access to the full version of DocbookMD
- 2 weeks of unlimited secure messaging
- Up to 25 users
- Pharmacy directory
- Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for each user
- Archiving at no additional cost
- Support based at DocbookMD HQ in Austin, Texas

What else will be included after my trial in the full version?
- The ability to add additional users at $6 per user per month (if you have more than 25 users or need a custom integration, please request a quote.
- NO implementation costs
- Ability to set up distribution lists

Why do we require a credit card for a free trial?
- If you enjoy using DocbookMD, we want your transition to a full DocbookMD user to be as seamless as possible. Your card will be charged after 14 days. If you cancel before the end of your trial, you will not be charged.
